Welcome to Tacoma Point and Evergreen Point. These two peninsula communities are located on the northwest side of Lake Tapps. These communities share two private parks located on Tacoma Point. The main park has a boat launch, ball court, picnic area and parking. The second park is a walk-in park with no-bank lake access and a grass picnic/playground area.
Tacoma Point and Evergreen Point are in the Dieringer School District .
Residence belong to the Tacoma Point Homeowner Association.
These two communities are just minutes to the Lakeland Hills Town Center as well as the North Lake Park.
